What happened. Borussia Mönchengladbach signed Daiki Hashioka on a season-long loan from Slavia Prague, with an option to buy.

• Hashioka is a 12-time Japan international.
• He previously played for Urawa Reds, Sint-Truiden, Luton and Gent.
• He will wear the No.14 shirt at Gladbach.
