What happened. Tottenham left Dejan Kulusevski and Mohammed Kudus out of the 35-man squad for their pre-season tour of New Zealand and Australia due to ongoing injury recovery issues.

• Kudus hasn't played since January due to a quad injury.
• Kulusevski has been absent for 14 months after knee surgery.
• Wilson Odobert and Xavi Simons also stay behind for rehab.

Spurs will play three friendlies in Auckland and Sydney without these key players.
