Three Premier League names picked up problems on international duty, with Bruno Fernandes already carrying an issue from Manchester United.

What happened. Bruno Fernandes missed Portugal's Nations League fixture against Norway after playing through the pain in the win over Wales. Manchester United team-mate Patrick Dorgu limped off after 30 minutes for Denmark, while Liverpool's Cody Gakpo went off 16 minutes into the Netherlands' win over Serbia.

• Portugal boss Jorge Jesus said Fernandes played through an injury brought from Manchester United.
• Gakpo was holding the lower part of his right leg when he came off.
• Dorgu lasted 30 minutes before limping off in Denmark's 2-0 win over Wales.
