What happened. Djed Spence joined Inter from Tottenham on a permanent €35m deal but has yet to make his debut due to fitness issues. According to Gazzetta, he will be available for Inter's first game after the international break on October 10 against Parma.

• Spence has been training separately to regain match fitness after a demanding World Cup with England.
• He will train separately this week but is expected to rejoin the team next week.
• Inter coach Cristian Chivu gave players a week off; group training resumes next Monday.
