Uefa and Concacaf demand $10m from Fifa for all 211 members
Uefa and Concacaf have written to Gianni Infantino calling on Fifa to pay at least $10m from its cash reserves to each of the 211 member associations.

What happened. Uefa and Concacaf have written to Gianni Infantino calling on Fifa to pay at least $10m from its cash reserves to each of the 211 member associations. This is the latest chapter in the war of words between the governing bodies, in response to Fifa president Gianni Infantino's aborted private equity proposal.
- The proposal, Fifa Forward Enterprise (FFE), would have sold 21% of a new company to an investment firm.
- The idea was scrapped after four days following widespread opposition from national associations.
- Uefa said Infantino failed to use associations' money for the benefit of the game.
“with reserves standing at over $5bn (£3.7bn), he has also failed to use associations' money for the benefit of the game”
— Uefa
The demand comes a day after FA chair Debbie Hewitt wrote to Infantino and Fifa secretary general Mattias Grafstrom demanding all documents relating to the controversial plan were released.
