Dortmund's Karetsas in hospital after circulatory issue

What happened. Karetsas was substituted after 27 minutes against Villarreal due to circulatory problems and is being taken to hospital for further tests.

Karetsas joined BVB from Genk in the summer and will hope for a speedy recovery.
