Spurs finally land their long-term target after last summer's failed bid.

What happened. Tottenham have agreed a deal worth up to £85m to sign Manchester City winger Savinho, according to The Athletic.

• Deal would be a record sale for City, surpassing Julian Alvarez's £81m move.
• Spurs failed with a €50m bid last summer but retained interest.
• City have already sold several players this summer, including Rodri and Bernardo Silva.

Spurs are also in talks with City for another signing, continuing their summer spending spree.
