Inter Ask Dortmund for Reggiani, Sell Motta to Pescara

Inter have turned to Borussia Dortmund's 18-year-old Italian defender Luca Reggiani as they hunt for a new centre-back.

What happened. Inter have reportedly asked Borussia Dortmund about the availability of Italian defender Luca Reggiani, while officially selling Matteo Motta to Pescara with a 50% sell-on clause.

• Reggiani, 18, came through Sassuolo's academy and moved to Dortmund in February 2024.
• He earned a senior Italy cap in June 2026 at age 18.
• Dortmund recently extended his contract and want to keep him.

Inter still need a central defender after backing out of a move for Cristian Romero, who is joining Atletico Madrid.
