He has scored three goals and two assists in 37 appearances for Atalanta.
The 24-year-old joined from Southampton for €17.5m plus add-ons in summer 2025.

Sulemana had hoped for a bigger role under new coach Maurizio Sarri, but this injury will delay those plans.
