What happened. Nottingham Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis has filed a defamation lawsuit against Crystal Palace over a banner showing him holding a gun to Morgan Gibbs-White's head.

Banner appeared during Palace's 1-1 draw with Forest at Selhurst Park.
Palace were fined £50,000 by the FA over the incident.
Claim lodged against CPFC Limited and 'persons unknown'.

The legal action follows the FA fine and could set a precedent for fan behaviour.
